SCOPE

These Terms govern your use of https://plumbingsmartsitegrowthengine.com/ (“Site”) and any plumbing services (“Services”) provided by Emprise Digital, a Conway, Arkansas company. Using the Site or scheduling work means you accept these Terms.

ESTIMATES & AUTHORIZATION

• Estimates are 100 % free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

• Work begins only after you approve the written quote, scope, and price.

PRICING & PAYMENT

• We bill flat-rate or time-and-materials as outlined in the estimate.

• Invoices are due upon completion unless other terms are agreed in writing.

WARRANTIES

• Repairs: 1-year parts-and-labor warranty unless the manufacturer offers longer.

• Installations & remodels: up to 12-year manufacturer warranty plus 1-year labor.

• Warranty is void if third parties alter our work or if misuse/neglect occurs.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide safe, unobstructed access to work areas.

• Secure pets, valuables, and disclose known hazards (asbestos, lead, etc.).

• Ensure you have legal authority to authorize work on the property.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Company’s maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the related Services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

ARRIVAL TIMES

Job scheduling depends on technician availability. We do not guarantee arrival times unless stated in writing.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Standard appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a dispatch fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Site content (text, logos, images) belongs to Company or its licensors. No reproduction without written consent.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by Conway, Arkansas law. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Conway, Arkansas.
